An NYC walking router that finds the shadiest path to get to your destination. You select shade priority to increase shade on your route by taking small detours.
It uses NYC Open Data's live tree records (~900,000 trees) to derive shade scores for each block, and combines that with OpenStreetMap's sidewalk network to compute the routes.
